Loving Like God

One of the things Andy and I have done to strengthen our marriage, is we have studied, meditated, prayed and put into practice 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” It has been very powerful and transformational to our marriage. We initially used the book, “Love Dare” by Alex Kendrick, which I would highly recommend this book for any married couples! Because it gave us practical activities in order to implement 1 Corinthians 13 into our lives. I have also had the privilege to teach “Loving Like God” ladies class at Summargon church of Christ. (If you would like to read the “Loving Like God” lessons, I have put the first three lessons up on the next page.)

Blessings to You,

Kathryn
