Soccer and Fellowship

Hey everybody. Just wanted to give an update on something we did this past weekend. Saturday night was our monthly CCT (churches of Christ of Thailand) Football (soccer) League games. We have 4 teams in our soccer league: Watcharapon, Sommagorn, Somprasong 4, and RCC. This month’s action saw Watcharapon vs. Somprasong 4 and Sommagorn vs. RCC. It was 2 high scoring and exciting matches with Watcharapon and RCC both winners. It was especially sweet because this was RCC’s first victory of the season (I am the goalie for RCC). It is a fun time to play with and against other brothers from around Bangkok. The goal of all teams is to also include non-believers on our teams to reach out to them and show them the body of Christ coming together. We had several with us that night both to play and to watch. Praise and thanks be to God that no one got hurt, great fellowship was held, and non-believers got to be around God’s love.
