Community Service

On of the things that Andy and I believe is that we should actively volunteer and provide service to the community in which we live in. Therefore every month we volunteer at a different organization in Bangkok. This past Monday, Andy, Kathryn, Yai, Jin and Snap volunteered at a home for adults with physical and mental disabilities. When we first arrived we presented the home with adult diapers because it was on the home "wish list". Next we spent two hours with around 100 disable adults playing games, singing Christian camp songs, dancing and singing karaoke. It was an amazing time to share the love of Jesus with all of them. The picture on the left is a picture of Andy and one of gentleman who live at the home. (I personally love this picture because it captures the loving spirit of Andy and the unconditional love of disable man.) I know that everybody has felt this way before, but everytime I serve or volunteer for other people. I feel like I receive a bigger blessing than I give them.

God Bless,

Kathryn
