I Can Do All Things!

Over the last couple of months I have really become a true believer in the passage in Phillipians, "For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength." Each of us know of things that we are not good at and I am not good caregiver to people who are sick! I am compassionate, loving and great listener but a good caregiver to people that is sick, I AM NOT! I have many great examples in my life of people who are amazing with people who are sick. I have watched my mom take care of my grandfather and my aunt as they lost their battles with varies diseases. I watched my oldest son, Grant, with my father when he was in the hospital very sick. Grant empathy and care was amazing at such a young age. BUT as for me, not so much!!! However, I can do all things through Christ, who gives me strength! With one of our college age missionaries being very sick and hosptialized I was thrown, pushed and pulled by God to be that caregiver! It was truly by the strength of God that I was able to be the caregiver. Which gives me a feeling of great strength and hope for the future, because I know whatever God ask of me, I will be able to accomplish it because of his great strength and power!
